I use CBT to help you decide if these thoughts and feelings are true or false, helpful or unhelpful. And then hypnotherapy to help understand that feeling- why it is here and how you can grow from this experience.

I use a combination of evidence based CBT, Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and IFS. I find this is a seamless integration of social, cognitive and behavioural psychology and psychotherapy with a modern approach to hypnosis.
I have been working in the world of wellbeing and helping people to become better versions of themselves since 2010. I am a mother to two wonderful teenagers, I have a passion for yoga, pilates, astrology, spirituality, art and travel. I am originally from America and now based in London.
